Requirements:

Members must be commissioned officers (past or present) of the sea services of the United States Armed Forces. Each member is required to have and maintain an e-mail address and the ability to view HST's World Wide Web Homepage. Additionally, members must be commited to maintain a minimum investment of $50.00/month.
